Rep. Huffman Defends the Endangered Species Act
The Endangered Species Act, the law that protects our wildlife from extinction, is under attack from Republicans in Congress and big interest companies who falsely claim the Act causes delays when repairing dams, levy failures or other construction projects. At our hearing last week, Congressman Jared Huffman made a friendly suggestion to the leading Republicans on our Committee that they should implement a fact checking protocol when talking about policies.
