Grijalva Letter to Zinke on Missing Funds for MTR Study October 17

Ranking Member Grijalva writes to Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke asking him to explain $400,000 in missing funding for a study on the health impacts of mountaintop removal mining, which is known to damage the health of Americans living in Appalachia. The Trump administration canceled the study and has not explained where the unspent remaining funding has gone.
