Secretary Zinke Falsely Says His Letter Responded to Rep Barragan on Travel Concerns

Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke falsely says the letter he's holding up at a March 15, 2018, budget hearing responds to Rep. Nanette Barragan's ethics inquiries on his publicly funded travel. In fact, the letter was addressed only to Chairman Rob Bishop (R-Utah) and Rep. Bruce Westerman (R-Ark.) and was never intended as a response to Rep. Barragan.
