On the House floor today, House Natural Resources Ranking Member Raúl M. Grijalva (D-Ariz.) spoke in opposition of S.J. Res 9 and S.J. Res 24, two joint resolutions of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act to cut Endangered Species Act (ESA) protections for the lesser prairie chicken and Northern long-eared bat.
