Grijalva Letter to DOI on Discredited Job Impact Figures of SPR

Ranking Member Grijalva's letter to Jack Haugrud, Acting Secretary of the Interior, asking for information about why a DOI blog post cited wildly inaccurate figures suggesting that repeal of the Stream Protection Rule would save 7,000 jobs. That post, based on a flawed 2011 analysis, contradicted DOI's own estimate from late 2016 that leaving the rule in place would actually create 156 jobs.
