Grijalva Letter to Secretary of Interior on 5/6/15

On May 6, 2015, Ranking Member Raul M. Grijalva wrote a letter to Secretary of the U.S. Department of Interior, Sally Jewell, regarding the lack of regulations to limit venting and flaring natural gas from Federal leases, which GAO identified as a problem over ten years ago.
