Grijalva Letter to Zinke on the DOI Re-organization Plan

Ranking Member Grijalva sent a letter to Secretary Zinke requesting a copy of the plan to execute an unprecedented reorganization of DOI after DOI rescinded the recently finalized 100-year plan for NPS.
