Hearing Request on Stream Protection and Methane Rules Jan. 9

Ranking Member Grijalva, in this letter from Jan. 9, 2017, requests a hearing on the effectiveness of the Stream Protection Rule and Methane Waste Prevention Rule before the Republican majority unilaterally cancels them. Both rules have proven benefits for the American public and are opposed primarily by the oil, gas and mining industries.
