H.R. 182 (Rep. Keating), To extend the authorization for the Cape Cod National Seashore Advisory Commission.

H.R. 263 (Rep. Suozzi), To rename the Oyster Bay National Wildlife Refuge as the Congressman Lester Wolff Oyster Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

H.R. 473 (Rep. Neguse), To authorize the Every Word We Utter Monument to establish a commemorative work in the District of Columbia and its environs, and for other purposes.

H.R. 560 (Rep. Sablan), To amend section 6 of the Joint Resolution entitled “A Joint Resolution to approve the Covenant To Establish a Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in Political Union with the United States of America, and for other purposes”. “Northern Mariana Islands Residents Relief Act.” Amendments to H.R. 560 must be drafted to the amendment in the nature of a substitute, attached to this notice.

H.R. 737 (Rep. Sablan), To prohibit the sale of shark fins, and for other purposes. “Shark Fin Sales Elimination Act of 2019.”

H.R. 1023 (Rep. Quigley), To authorize the Director of the United States Geological Survey to conduct monitoring, assessment, science, and research, in support of the binational fisheries within the Great Lakes Basin, and for other purposes. “Great Lakes Fishery Research Authorization Act of 2019.”

H.R. 1218 (Rep. Young), To establish the American Fisheries Advisory Committee to assist in the awarding of fisheries research and development grants, and for other purposes. “American Fisheries Advisory Committee Act.” Amendments to H.R. 1218 must be drafted to the amendment in the nature of a substitute, attached to this notice.

H.R. 1314 (Rep. Young), To reauthorize the Integrated Coastal and Ocean Observation System Act of 2009, and for other purposes. “Integrated Coastal and Ocean Observation System Act Amendments of 2019.”

H.R. 1380 (Rep. Quigley), To amend the Lacey Act Amendments of 1981 to clarify provisions enacted by the Captive Wildlife Safety Act, to further the conservation of certain wildlife species, and for other purposes. “Big Cat Public Safety Act.”

H.R. 1446 (Rep. Clay), To require the United States Postal Service to continue selling the Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp until all remaining stamps are sold, and for other purposes. “Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp Reauthorization Act of 2019.”

H.R. 2189 (Rep. Ruppersberger), To require the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, to establish a constituent-driven program to provide a digital information platform capable of efficiently integrating coastal data with decision-support tools, training, and best practices and to support collection of priority coastal geospatial data to inform and improve local, State, regional, and Federal capacities to manage the coastal region, and for other purposes. “Digital Coast Act.”

H.R. 2245 (Rep. Grijalva), To amend the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to prohibit import and export of any species listed or proposed to be listed under such Act as a threatened species or endangered species, and for other purposes. “CECIL Act” or “Conserving Ecosystems by Ceasing the Importation of Large Animal Trophies Act.” Amendments to H.R. 2245 must be drafted to the amendment in the nature of a substitute, attached to this notice.

H.R. 2405 (Rep. Huffman), To reauthorize and amend the National Sea Grant College Program Act, and for other purposes. “National Sea Grant College Program Amendments Act of 2019.”

H.R. 2406 (Rep. Case), To amend the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps Act of 2002 to make certain changes to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s commissioned officer corps, and for other purposes. “National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps Amendments Act of 2019.” Amendments to H.R. 2406 must be drafted to the amendment in the nature of a substitute, attached to this notice.

H.R. 2490 (Rep. Fortenberry), To amend the National Trails System Act to direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study on the feasibility of designating the Chief Standing Bear National Historic Trail, and for other purposes.
