Legislative Hearing: Hearing on H.R. 3764, "Tribal Recognition Act of 2015"
On Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., in room 1334 Longworth House Office Building, the Subcommittee on Indian, Insular and Alaska Native Affairs held a legislative hearing (Part II) on the following bill:
- H.R. 3764 (Rep. Rob Bishop), To provide that an Indian group may receive Federal acknowledgment as an Indian tribe only by an Act of Congress, and for other purposes. “Tribal Recognition Act of 2015.”
