Legislative Hearing: Hearing on the Draft Discussion of the Community Reclamation Partnerships Act

On Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 2:00 p.m., in Room 1324 Longworth House Office Building, the Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources will hold a legislative hearing on the following bill:

• Discussion Draft of H.R. ____ (Rep. Darin LaHood), To amend the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 to authorize partnerships between States and non-governmental entities for the purpose of reclaiming and restoring land and water resources adversely affected by coal mining activities before August 3, 1977, and other purposes. “Community Reclamation Partnerships Act.”
