Subcommittee Hearing: Legislative hearing on H.R. 644, H.R. 2459, and H.R. 3292
On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. in room 1324 Longworth House Office Building, the Subcommittee on Water, Oceans, and Wildlife (WOW) will hold a legislative hearing on the following bills:
- H.R. 644 (Rep. Bishop), To approve the settlement of the water rights claims of the Navajo Nation in Utah, and for other purposes.“Navajo Utah Water Rights Settlement Act”
- H.R. 2459 (Rep. O’Halleran), To approve the settlement of water rights claims of the Hualapai Tribe and certain allottees in the State of Arizona, to authorize construction of a water project relating to those water rights claims, and for other purposes. “Hualapai Tribe Water Rights Settlement Act”
- H.R. 3292 (Rep. Lujan) To amend the Aamodt Litigation Settlement Act, and for other purposes. “Aamodt Litigation Settlement Completion Act of 2019”
