Letter Granting Easement to Dakota Access LLC

Ranking Member Raúl M. Grijalva (D-Ariz.) received a letter from the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army notifying him that the Army will move forward, as soon as tomorrow, with granting an easement to the company building the Dakota Access Pipeline.
