A letter from Ranking Member Grijalva co-signed by 18 of his House Democratic colleagues urging President Obama to cancel the Army Corps of Engineers permit for the controversial Dakota Access Pipeline in North Dakota and mandate a full environmental impact statement before the project can be re-permitted.
