Letters from the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Readiness on Sage-Grouse Protections

On March 23, 2016, Ranking Member Raul Grijalva and Ranking Member Adam Smith wrote a letter to Daniel Feehan, the Assistant Secretary of Defense regarding actions being taken pursuant to the Endangered Species Act, specifically the sage grouse.

The Department of Defense responded to the letter addressing the questions that were asked by Ranking Member Grijalva and Ranking Member Smith.
